Innovative gas heating systems

Intelligent Heating Systems using ‘Opentherm’ or ‘weather compensation’
technology automatically make rooms consistently as warm as the
programmed level with radiators that vary in temperature. Radiators kept
within 15-20C when the system is effectively off reduces the amount of work
the gas boiler has to do later (when the house is to be occupied) and reduces
the amount of heat wasted through the flue. More heat can be extracted from
the gas when radiators are kept at a warm temperature, instead of fluctuating
cold/hot.

When a conventional system shuts down, heat is retained in the pipes and
boiler which is of no use. As an intelligent heating system never shuts down,
no such waste occurs. One of the most appreciated features of these systems

is that houses do not over heat. If the temperature is rising outside then the
system won't put more heat in the system. Conversely if the temperature
is dropping outside incremental amounts of heat are put in the system, using
gas burnt at very high efficiencies.

Economy Mode
When the system is set to Economy Programme the system will automatically
turn off when the temperature inside exceeds the temperature outside when
you are out of the house. If it slips below the outside temperature the system
will cruise at low temperatures, burning gas at very high efficiencies in order
to prepare for when the house is occupied. The normal programme can
be set to resume at any given time.

Party Mode
If you want to stay up all night or have a day at home, this function puts the
system into a higher temperature level for as long as you need. The normal
programme can be set to resume at any given time.

Holiday Mode
This runs the system in reduced mode while you are away. The normal
programme can be set to resume at any given time.
